You need to sign up for a HealthNet account to get access to the Health network, services, and email. This email address is your primary source for communicating with the faculty and staff, and where you will receive important notifications from the college. You must complete registration for at least one course 24 hours before you can get an account. To complete a New Account Request, go to: https://hsccf.hsc.usf.edu/healthAccount/accountRequest.cfc?method=view. titleHIPAA Requirement

ALL faculty, residents, students, staff and other members of the USF Health Community are required to complete USF Health Professional Integrity and Compliance - Required Training for the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), a federal privacy act. Completion of the HIPAA training is mandatory and must be completed during the first semester to avoid a registration hold in your second semester. You can get access to the training at: USF Health Required Online Training. The Core Professional Integrity and Compliance Training includes sections on

To obtain a Student ID Card, you can go to the Auxiliary Services, USF Marshall Center (813) 974-2357. Web Site: http://www.usf.edu/it/class-prep/usf-card.aspx. If you are an online student, you are still required to get a card, in order to access journal articles at the library and other services. Instructions for getting an ID card online can be found here: http://health.usf.edu/publichealth/eta/access_emails.html.

titleSubmit Program of Study Check Sheet

Submit your Program of Study check sheet to the Academic and Student Affairs Office in the MDA building at 12901 Bruce B Downs Blvd. The registration hold will then be removed allowing you to register.
