A Student may request a change of advisor though the iBulls the Appian@USFCOPH system. Once logged into the iBulls Appian@USFCOPH system the student can initiate the request by following the process below. Once the form is sent the current advisor and proposed new advisor will each receive the request electronically and either approve or deny the student's request. The student can view the status of the request and will be notified when the process is complete.
