Each student planning to complete the degree requirements by the end of a term must submit a Graduate Degree Graduation Application (http://health.usf.edu/publichealth/academicaffairs/graduation.html) by the deadline noted in the Academic Calendar for the term in which the student expects to graduate. The student must file an application whether or not the student is participating in the commencement ceremony. Completed forms should be turned in to the College of Public Health Office of Academic and Student Affairs. Note that students must be enrolled for at least 2 credit hours in the semester they wish to graduate.
