A Student may request a change of their faculty advisor though the Archivum system. Once logged into the Archivum system the student can initiate the request by following the process below. Once the form is sent the current advisor mentor and proposed new advisor mentor will each receive the request electronically and either approve or deny the student's request. The student can view the status of the request and will be notified when the process is complete.

2) Select Advisor Faculty Mentor to change, New AdvisorFaculty Mentor, and Reason for Change
