A Student may request a change of their faculty advisor mentor though the Archivum system. Once logged into the Archivum system the student can initiate the request by following the process below. Once the form is sent the current mentor and proposed new mentor will each receive the request electronically and either approve or deny the student's request. The student can view the status of the request and will be notified when the process is complete.
