Registration Information

To participate in the institute, you must register for these two courses in USF Oasis, using the CRN numbers indicated below:

• PHC 7116(7935): Introduction to Doctoral Training (1 credits); CRN=96119
• PHC 7149: Practical Applications 2: Public Health Leadership (1 credit); CRN=94590

PHC 7149 will have some pre-work shortly before the institute, and some final work due after the institute, but will not run all semester.

  • You have a car and are willing to provide a ride (please note where you are staying and how many you can bring)
  • You need a ride (please note where you are staying)
  • Food preference for lunch on Saturday: Veggie Wrap or Chicken/Turkey Wrap (if you have dietary restrictions, please specify)
  • Food preference for pizza on Monday: Veggie or Meats
