The average pass rate for the nation or state is also provided as a contextual benchmark. The Board’s 2025 System Strategic Plan calls for all institutions to be above or tied the exam’s respective benchmark. Note about Benchmarks: The State benchmark for the Florida Bar Exam excludes non-Florida institutions. The national benchmark for the USMLE exams are based on rates for MD degrees from US institutions. |
