Your USF Health email account must be used for all official correspondence with the College of Nursing. Please see the Onboarding Students instructions to establish your account: http://health.usf.edu/is/get-started#students. (This will need to be updated after the migration to using 1 email (IT calls it the One Tenant project) is completed.)

title | Step 4: Complete HIPPA Certification |

All students are required to complete the HIPAA certification at https://learn.health.usf.edu/. - Log in using your HSCNET/USF HEALTH ID and password.
- On the homepage, find the drop down box that says “Select Course Category”
- Within the drop-down, select USF Health Training
- Click “USF Health Professional Integrity & Compliance – Required Training” to begin.
- You must complete the five modules:
- Medicare Parts C and D General Compliance
- Combating Medicare Parts C and D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse
- Professional Integrity Program Handbook
- HIPAA Compliance
- Computer & Information Security
- After you have completed HIPAA training, be sure to print a copy of your certificate (USF Health Required Training Completion Certificate) and upload it to your Castle Branch account. Please also save/print a copy for your own records.
