Sign-in with your USF account
Step 1: Select ‘Data’ Tab and click on ‘New’

Step 2: Select the appropriate connection. In our case, we are selecting ‘Power BI Dataset’.

Step 3: Click ‘Build’ to select the appropriate dataset. In our case we are selecting ‘FAST Financial Analytics’.

Step 4: Test connection to confirm it works.

Step 5: Click on ‘Insert’ tab and select ‘Matrix’ and then ‘Matrix Wizard’.
Step 6: Check the ‘Create a dataset’ button and click ‘Next’.

Step 7: Select the DataSource that was created. Click ‘Next’.

Step 8: Drag and drop fields from left pane to look at data before creating the matrix. Select ‘Next’.

Step 9: Arrange your fields by dragging and dropping. Click ‘Next’.

Step 10: Select layout for your matrix and click ‘Next’. In the next Preview Window, click ‘Finish’.

Step 11: The layout of matrix can be seen on the screen, click ‘Run’ on top the left to look at the matrix

Visibility options

Here, I have selected the visibility options according to my requirement.
In Hidden, choose one of the following options to set the visibility of this report item the first time you run a report:
Select False to display the report item.
Select True to hide the report item.
Select <Expression> to open the Expression dialog box to create an expression that is evaluated at run time to determine the visibility.
InitialToggleState gives you the ability to keep the toggle state on or off when you run the report.
In ToggleItem, from the drop-down box, select the name of a text box to which to add the toggle image.
