1. Open Excel > Data tab >  Get Data > From Database > From Analysis Services

Enter Borneo.forest.usf.edu in the Server name text box

Click on 'Use Windows Authentication'  as above or pick 'Use the following User Name and Password' and type in your forest\netid and password associated with your netid


5. Choose which Analysis Services domain you want to use.

In this case you can select any domain with the “EIS” prefix. These are the SmartBI domains. 

Do not use any of the cubes without the EIS prefix.Image Removed

6. Select the cube you want to use

Example click : Click on the “Enrollments” cube in the box and click the “Next” button in the above screenshot.

Give it an appropriate name as convenient.
