The Data Analytics & Reporting Team (DART) manages data in the Data Warehouse and the Repository that is used to support state and USF operational reporting.

is a collection of tables, views, snapshots, and other objects designed for the purpose of state and operational reporting. Information on the main objects in the Data Warehouse can be obtained in

Some tables and views related to the main tables are not included in the
above documentation. Detailed information on these and other Data Warehouse tables and views is available in the MetaMart.

Data Marts
Applications
Data marts provide access to subject oriented data in a data warehouse environment, such as student admissions data or data reported to the Board of Governors.
Security privileges are required to to access data in USF data marts. Privileges could be one of, or any combination of, the security privileges listed below:
- USF Net ID and password
- Security privileges granted to a specific mart and/or specific pages within that mart (these privileges are usually granted manually)
- Security privileges granted to a specific group, such as a data steward group

Doc Mart is a documentation application.uses. This application also provides functionality needed to upload data to select tables and functionality to give data steward groups access to select views. Doc Mart
Doc Mart provides access to documentation on the data extracted and stored for the BOG file submission. This includes information on data sources and identifies which USF data element meets which SUDS data element. Finance Mart
Finance Mart provides access the Department Ledger reports.
Admissions Mart
Admissions Mart is a series of reports returning key indicators on the current University application pool allowing for year comparisons and providing critical data to support enrollment management decisions.

Applications Manager is an administrative systems automation tool with which Banner users, with the appropriate privileges, can do process-dependent scheduling.
