- Other subject matter experts (Admissions, Grad School) will be tapped for assistance on questions outside of ODS expertise.
- Dashboards are being developed that will assist with retention questions.
- Matrices shall be further developed showing who is providing what, dependencies, methodology.
- All colleges shall align to the same methodology.
- ODS shall share box folders for documentation
