If your department/team is interested in having a gateway set up, please follow these directions:
Request IT-Security to set up create a service account to each data source (like Banner PROD, DWHOUSE, FAST, GEMS etc.)
Once the account is created and you have the user name and password, please submit a Jira HELP ticket to the Analytics team (Service Team in Jira: Analytics), which we will then prioritize and contact the respective department/team to set up a meeting and set up configure the gateway.
During the meeting while the gateway is being set up, you will be required to enter the password for each data source.
We will set up a couple of people from the department as the admins of the gateway, and going forward the admins can add members from their team as report developers.
