Purpose: Bringing consistency with reports at the university on a newer, modern platform, reducing user maintenance, and enabling full ownership of the reporting solution by ODS and URO.

• The current SAP reports which require IT intervention for user access and report management will be unavailable when the contract with SAP expires.

• The reports that will be converted first will be the reports that are ran most, with their creation date taken into account.

• ODS: 374

User Acceptance Testing:

• Users will need to sign up to test newly converted reports.

• If no one signs up for a certain report, the report will not be converted.
