In 25Live there are certain items that are part of our master list. These are defined below to help ensure you pick the right kind of event.

| AV - Annotation Device | Room has software that allows users to annotate over lesson content. |
| AV - Audio Capture | Room has microphones, etc inroomthat allow for audio capture of content. |
| AV - Data Projector | Room has data projector. |
| AV - Document Camera | Room has document camera that allowsuserto display papers and other non-digital items. |
| AV - Dual Projection | Room can project to two different screens with two projectors. |
| AV - Flat Panel TV | Room has a flat panel TV. |
| AV - Flat Panel, HD Display | Room hasflatpanel for display in room instead or screen. |
| AV - Microphone, Wireless | Room has wireless microphones for instructor's use. |
| AV - Telephone | Room has a telephone, may not work for conferencing. |
| AV - Telephone, Conference | Room has a telephone with conferencing options. |
| AV - Video Capture | Room is set up for capturing video in the location. |
| Board - Chalk | Room has a chalkboard. |
| Board - Dry-Erase, Glass | Room has glass partitions for dry-erase. |
