When you are done making changes to the page you've been working on, you need to submit them to be approved by an Author. 

 

Do not submit a page unless all currently needed edits are complete. As soon as a page has been submitted for approval, it will be locked from additional edits until the approval process has been completed. 

 

 

As soon as any changes have been made, a blue submit bar appears.

 

 

A comment screen allows you to communicate with 
the author when you submit the page.

Please list all PDF's Files or 
image changes in this area before submitting.


An email is sent to the Author to approve the submitted page changes. If the page is not approved or needs to have additional editing, the Contributor will be notified via email with the concerns of the Author. This process repeats until the page has met the standards needed for approval to be publicly displayed.
