Edits need to be approved by an author before changes can be published. Do not submit a page unless all needed edits are complete. A page that has been submitted for approval will be locked until the approval process has been completed. 

 

  1. Click Submit.

  2. List all PDF file and image changes. Make sure to comment what specific changes have been made on the page. 
  3. Click OK.

An email is sent to the Author to approve the submitted page changes. If the page is not approved or needs additional editing, the Contributor will be notified via email with the concerns of the Author. This process repeats until the page has met the standards needed for approval to be publicly displayed.
