Report Description
The report is designed to better assist in determining when students were taught an on-the-fly keyword throughout their education so that inquiries from accrediting organizations as they are asked without having to contact all course directors. This report displays Program Objectives, Course Objectives, Courses, Content Objectives, Session Objectives and Sessions. Report can be filtered by Course Academic Year, Med Year, Curriculum Program, and Search String (key words within Program Objective, Course Objective, Content Objective, Session Objective and Sessions). There are three tabs on this report: CM Session Search Details, CM Search Details and CM Search Details - Graphics. Both tabs present the exact same set of data just presented in two different fashions for user viewability for more details or graphics.
CM Session Search Details
Filters
Session Combo Search
Session Combo Search is used to search for a key word or words from a set of data consisting of Sessions and Session Objectives. The search looks through all the data sets.
Course Academic Year
Academic year the courses were offered, listed in four digit format for the year the term began.Med Year
Year of academic progress for the medical school program, year 1-4.
Curriculum Program
Core or SELECT options available. Choosing a program will display all items a student in that program could experience.

Shows total unique count of Program Objectives based on user filters.
Related Course Objectives
Shows total unique count of Course Objectives based on user filters.
Related Content Objectives
Shows total unique count of Content Objectives based on user filters.
Related Session Objectives
Shows total unique count of Session Objectives based on user filters.
Related Courses
Shows total unique count of Courses based on user filters.
Related Sessions
Shows total unique count of Sessions based on user filters.
Courses Pie Chart
The pie chart shows counts of Course based on Med Year.
Drillable - The pie also allows you to drill to display Course counts by Curriculum Program
Sessions and Hours
Search - The search allows you to search for any key word(s) located within the Sessions.
Details - Displays the unique Sessions based on the Search the user has requested and Hours, which is session duration.
Session Objectives
Search - The search allows you to search for any key word(s) located within the Session Objectives.
Details - Displays the unique Session Objective based on the Search the user has requested.
Course Objectives
Details - Displays the unique Course Objective based on the Search the user has requested.
Program Objectives
Details - Displays the unique Program Objective based on the Search the user has requested.
Courses
Details - Displays the unique Courses Offered based on the user search and/or filters. The data is a combination of the Course Number and Course name.
Content Objectives
Details - Displays the unique Content Objective based on the Search the user has requested.
CM Search Details

Combo Search
Combo Search is used to search for a key word or words from a set of data consisting of Program Objectives, Course Objectives, Content Objectives, Session Objectives, and Sessions, searching only in those data sets for the key word(s).
Course Academic Year
Academic year the courses were offered, listed in four digit format for the year the term began.Med Year

Shows total unique count of Content Objectives based on user filters.
Sessions

Data Refreshed On
Data in this report is not live, but refreshed regularly. The date on the bottom right of the report displays the last day the data was refreshed from Archivum Curriculum Mapping.
