The USF College of Public Health DrPH degree is completed through distance‐learning (fall, spring, and summer semesters) in addition to on‐campus learning via the DrPH Institutes. The combination of program delivery formats allows working professionals to broaden their grasp of public health management, practice, and research without interrupting their careers.
We are now offering the DrPH Institutes in Fall (Institute 1), and Summer (Institutes 2 and 3). This will allow you to complete the coursework in two years. You can take longer and spread out the Institutes, as long as you meet USF enrollment requirements (see below).

Registration Information
To participate in the institute, you must register for these two courses in USF Oasis, using the CRN numbers indicated below:
- PHC 7982: Introduction to Doctoral Training (1 credits); CRN=94525
- PHC 7149: Practical Applications 2: Public Health Leadership (1 credit); CRN=92380
PHC 7149 will have some pre-work shortly before the institute, and some final work due after the institute, but will not run all semester.
