Exam Name

This field identifies the name used to describe the test or assessment.

Test Date

This field identifies the date the test was taken.

Test Score

This field identifies the score obtained in the exam. If the score is not provided, it is defaulted to zero.

99: Course Comprehensive Exams, currently administered as NBME Flexible Blueprint
