What is 25LIve?

  • 25Live is a space reservation system for ALL USF Spaces. It only books locations, not people. Users still need to book people for their meetings via Outlook.

  • 25Live allows USF staff, faculty, and students to search for spaces to book for events.

  • 25live is a hosted solution developed by Collegenet.

How do you get to 25Live?

Shared Student Services has provided login and training materials at this link http://health.usf.edu/25live/ for Health. The different Campus follow a different approval process. For further information, please contact the Functional Admins.

All users must have their health email set as their primary email account (i.e. netid@usf.edu) in order to be correctly identified by the system and placed into the correct security groups. 

Who can use 25Live?

All USF faculty, staff, and students. 



Issues with 25Live?

Account Issues

  • Users must make their account their primary email address at USF as listed in Active Directory in order to be placed into correct security group based on initial login.

  • Users should default into different Staff, Student, or Faculty security groups depending on their primary campus and health affiliation.

  • Users who say they should be approvers will need to go through the account modification request, refer them to the corresponding Functional Admin or to the 25Live System Admin.

  • This system uses Azure authentication and has no log out button. To log out users need to close the browser and clear the cache. 

Recommended Settings for Running 25Live

  • Make sure users use Chrome and the most up-to-date version of Chrome.

System Admins

System Admins can add new locations, fix security permissions, and delete information from system. 

Functional Admins

Functional Admins can update room information and play tie-breaker if events are conflicting. They also have set the guiding principles for room use, etc.
