American Campus Communities (ACC) annual report

The ACC survey tracks:

1.) Total Beds On Campus (including residence halls, apartment style, family housing, owned Greek housing) - i.e., the total amount of housing available at the school.

2.) Occupancy – Did the school reach 100% occupancy? If not, what was the fall occupancy at?

3.) Future Supply – Does the school have any plans in the near future to add or remove or renovate any beds/halls on campus that will impact the total beds available on campus?

4.) Housing Requirement –We show that your school has no housing requirement. Please let us know if there are any anticipated changes to this in the near future.
