Semester Registration Analysis
This report provides student registration counts and the gross SCH generated by student home campus and other student details. Current numbers are shown in comparison to the previous year point-in-time numbers.
Data Source: Banner
Refresh schedule: Twice daily. The “Last Refreshed” timestamp on each page indicates the time when the data was last refreshed.
Report pages
Term Registration Comparison →Provide summary numbers on student registration counts and the SCH generated by student home campus.
Registration numbers by College →Provides summary numbers on registration counts by student college, campus, level, new/continuing, part-time/full-time status, student type and classification.
Active Students Not Registered →Provides the count of active students that are not registered by college. The drill through associated with this page provides student details such as "last term enrolled" and "registration hold Yes/No" column among other data elements.
Average SCH for New FTICs → Provides average SCH for new FTIC students (summer/fall starts) by college & campus.
All of the pages on this report provide drill throughs to student level details. Right-clicking into a data cell in the data table shows the "Drill through" option.
