CURRENT USF TRANSFER COHORT DEFINITIONS

FCSTAA - all identified transfer types with an earned AA from the FCS with admit date of summer, fall, and spring and start terms of summer, summer/fall continued to fall or spring.

PBFTAA - all identified full time transfer types with an earned AA from the FCS with admit date of summer or fall and start terms of summer/fall continued to fall.

FCSTWO – all identified transfer types without an earned AA from the FCS with admit date of summer, fall, and spring and start terms of summer, summer/fall continued to fall or spring.

OTHRAA – all identified transfer types with an earned AA from a Non- FCS with admit date of summer, fall, and spring and start terms of summer, summer/fall continued to fall or spring.

OTHRWO – all identified transfer types without an earned AA from a Non- FCS with admit date of summer, fall, and spring and start terms of summer, summer/fall continued to fall or spring.

Important Information:

  1. Students who are admitted to USF with an earned AA prior to their admit term should be included in their respective cohort per the definitions above. This means that students will need to be retroactively added to their cohorts as needed.
  2. Students who are admitted to USF and earn an AA after admission are to remain in their cohort as assigned.
  3. If a student was admitted as an FTIC, left USF, then returns – Do not place in any transfer cohort. FTIC students already have a cohort.  We do not want to capture them in the transfer cohorts.
