Overview

The Analytics - Enablement, Shared-Services, and Platform (ESP) team manages data in the Data Warehouse and the Repository that are used to support state and USF operational reporting.  

Data Warehouse

The Data Warehouse (DWHOUSE) is a collection of tables, views, snapshots, and other objects designed for state and operational reporting. Information on the main objects in the Data Warehouse is available in the document Data Warehouse Tables and Views Available to Users.

Purview

One of the primary features of Microsoft Purview is the Data Map, a metadata catalog that enables users to find, understand, and manage data assets and their relationships across the organization.

SUS Reporting Hub

The SUS Reporting Hub is an IT application for managing HUB data loaded into the Data Warehouse (DWHOUSE) from transactional source systems for use in administrative information reporting.

Documentation Library

The Documentation Library provides access to BOG reporting documentation, submission requirements, target tables, column definitions, and metadata.

Application Manager (AppMan)

Applications Manager is an administrative systems automation tool that Banner users, with the appropriate privileges, can run and schedule processes.
