Box - Unable to Connect to Box

Unable to connect to Box error when logging into Box Drive

Cause: Some error is occurring with the native internet browser

 

Troubleshooting:

  1. Reset Native Internet Browser settings
    • Windows: Reset Internet Explorer
    • Mac: Click on Safari in the toolbar and select the "Clear History and Website Data" option.

  2. If the issue persists, verify their Native browser is up-to-date.
