NetID Setting up a Profile and Password Reset


This article explains how to reset or change your NetID password if you know your current or expired password but do not have a profile set up.

Setting up your profile

  1. Go to
  2. Enter your email address and password
  3. Complete at least one of the three options (pictured below)
    This will generate your profile

Changing your password

  1. Click the icon next to your name in the top right corner
  2. Click Profile in the drop down menu (pictured below)

  3. Select Change Password
  4. Enter your old password and create a new password 
  5. Click Submit
