Student Printing on Campus
Overview
Through a partnership with Student Government and USF Information Technology, enhancements have been made to the free printing program on campus. Currently enrolled students are given an allotment of $3.00 per day to be used for printing and copying on campus. Any amount over $3.00 daily can be printed using Bull Buck$.

Before you can print and make copies
You need to swipe your USFCard at any printer/copier on campus to activate it through the printing network. If you do not do this, you will not be able to use MyPrintCenter.
Printer and Copier Locations
Locations spanning four campuses are conveniently spaced to enable printing. Options include scanning, printing, copying, poster size, and 3-D printing. Future locations include the addition of 14 plotters for ease of printing larger documents.

The benefits of these changes are:
Currently students can use their free print allocations for copies at all of the locations unless otherwise noted.
Students can print from their personal computers.
Students can print via email attachment.
Students can print to the free print locations from within the USF Application Gateway.
Students can continue to print and copy using Bull Bucks once their daily free prints allocation is reached.
Black & White printing and copies are only 11 cents per page.
Color printing and copies is only 22 cents per page.

Printing from MyPrintCenter.USF.EDU
In order to use this process, you must be logged into the USF network.
Print Anywhere!
This following steps will allow you to print to any Pharos printer on ANY campus as long as you are logged into the USF network.
Log into https://myprintcenter.usf.edu/ with your NetID (your NetID is the first part of your USF email address. Examples: RockyDBull@usf.edu. RockyDBull would be the NetID) and password.
Funds available will show in the lower left. Additional funds can be added through Bull Buck$.
Select Upload.
Locate the file in which you wish to print and select Open.
Once the file has been uploaded, it provide the base cost of the print.
To change how the file prints (e.i. Black & White vs Color, Single Sided or Double Sided, number of prints) can be located at the lower right. If any changes are made, the Cost will reflect it.
Once you have the file set to how you wish it to print, head to a Pharos printer and swipe your card. You will be logged in and your file will show.
Select the file on the printer to being the print process.

Limited Print Size
When printing via these methods, the output is limited to letter only (8.5"x11"). If you have need to print a larger size, see the following directions for Plotter printing
Students can print via email from their personal devices directly to a USF printer. (limited file types).
How to Print to a Pharos Printer
There are two options for printing.

Installation package on a computer
Email an attachment
From your USF email address send the attachment to:
BWPrint@usf.edu for Black and White prints
ColorPrint@usf.edu for Color prints
Go to any Pharos printer, and swipe your USF card to release the print.
Notes
Printing via email requires something in the subject line. Failure to enter something in the subject line may result in being charged for printing and placing the document back in the queue as an unprintable free print.
There are limited file types that can be printed. Check the printable file types below.
If printing from a mobile device does not work, on personal laptops, make sure that the drivers are installed. If you are still encountering issues, please use one of the lab computers to perform the print job.
Installation package on computer
To print from your computer to a USF printer without emailing an attachment, you must first install a printer package to your computer. Choose your installation package from the Printer Installation Packages section. Follow directions on the installation package page.
To print a document follow these steps:
Open the document using the appropriate application.
Print the document choosing the appropriate PHAROS installed printer i.e. USF_Ricoh_Universal
And visit Bull Buck$ to add funds.
