OneDrive - Logging into Microsoft 365 to Access OneDrive

Overview

The following are steps you can take to access OneDrive through the website.

MFA

You will need your MFA assigned device during the sign in process. At this time, make sure that it is available. 

  1. Navigate to MyUSF and sign in your NetID@usf.edu account.


  2. Enter your NetID password and select Sign In.


  3. Check mark Don't ask again for 60 days, if desired. A message will be sent to you MFA device for you to enter the random two digit code.


  4. Check mark Don't show this again, if desired, and select Yes.


  5. Once signed in, click on EMAIL & TEAMS at the top of the page and select USF Office 365 (@usf.edu).



    If the browser is not full size, select the 3 lines at the top right of the browser and select USF Office 365 (@usf.edu)
  6. Select the squares icon at the top left of the page.


  7. Select OneDrive.


  8. Once OneDrive loads, you will be able to access all items that have been stored on your USF OneDrive account.
