Overview

Below are configuration instructions for several desktop mail clients and mobile devices.  If your e-mail account has been moved to Microsoft 365, please use the instructions in the links below for configuring your device to receive your email.

Don't see your device?

You can access your @usf.edu inbox through most standard web browsers, using the Outlook Web Access (OWA) website.  To do so, please go to the following web address, and use your NetID and password to log in: http://www.outlook.com/usf.edu

You can also access OWA through MyUSF:

1. Open your browser.
2. Go to http://my.usf.edu.
3. Enter the following information:
a. NetID: enter your NetID
b. Password: enter your NetID password
4. Click Sign In.
5. Under the Email menu, click Microsoft 365.
6. If this is your first time using Outlook Web Access, you will need to choose from the following options and select OK:
   a. Use the blind and low vision experience, which is optimized for accessibility and speed while providing fewer features
   b. Language
   c. Time Zone
