Tools to help you understand your site’s metrics, structure, and even add new pages.

Section Folders

The section folders of your website do more than just hold your pages. Every section folder of your website includes these tools.

Section Folder Tools

Section Folder Name - Displays the name of the current section you are viewing as well as providing a link to the live, published URL.

Metrics - Displays metrics for all of the pages that are contained within the section folder you are viewing. Metrics include:

  • Total Page Count

  • Published Pages (Only displays when section contains published pages)

  • Unpublished Pages (Only displays when section contains unpublished pages)

These metrics include the pages of other sections within the current folder you are viewing.

New Page - This button enables you to add a new page within the section you are viewing. Learn more

Sitemap - Interactive sitemap of all the pages and sub-sections of the section you are viewing.

 

Sitemap

The sitemap is an interactive tool that displays all of the site structure within the section you are currently viewing. With it, you can view the pages directly within the current section as well as pages within sub-sections.

Pages are shown with the single page icon. Clicking the title text will navigate you directly to the page.

 

Sections are shown with the green folder icon. Clicking the folder will expand the section and display all of the child pages within the section. Clicking the title text will navigate you directly to the page.

Display Options - Selecting the three dots in the top right corner of the Sitemap reveals additional controls to further control the information displayed.

  • Expand Sitemap - Checking this box will expand all of the section folders allowing you to see all of their pages at the same time.

  • Unpublished Only - Checking this box will reduce the list to only display unpublished pages. Sections with unpublished pages within them will also display.

  • Sorting - Selecting one of the radio buttons rearranges the sort order of the displayed list of pages by default, newest first, or oldest first.
