Printing to a TGH printer using PrinterLogic

 

Overview

The following instructions will guide you through setting up PrinterLogic.

PrinterLogic will allow you to print from a USF device that is on either the USF’s Eduroam Wi-Fi or TGH network to a TGH printer.

Note: If the printer is not set up with PrinterLogic, submit a ticket to HELP@usf.edu to request activation.

  1. Ensure you are enrolled in PingID MFA. If not, follow the instructions to enroll.

  2. Access the PrinterLogic printer portal at - Tgh.printercloud.com

  3. Install the PrinterLogic web browser extension when prompted. Select the extension for your browser.

  4. Switch back to the printer portal tab, download and install the PrinterLogic Client when prompted.

     

  5. Login to the printer portal with Ping – You will be prompted for an Authorization code. The code is bfnq522b

     

  6. Login with your TGH account and Authenticate using PingID.

Note: You may receive a “User not Found” error page once you have authenticated.
In a new tab, navigate to https://tgh.printercloud.com/ and the portal will open.

 

  1. Locate the printer you wish to connect to using the menu on the left, or enter its name in the search bar if known.

     

  2. Select the printer and confirm installation. The installer will then begin installing the drivers.

     

  3. After mapping, send a test print page from Windows Settings > Printers & Scanners.

After setting up a device with PrinterLogic software, access the portal through the taskbar overflow tray or by searching for "add printer" in Windows search.
