What if I don't want to install the app on my phone?

Team members who prefer not to install this application can opt out. During enrollment, select SMS in the lower left to use text messages instead. When logging into a TGH application, a code will be sent via text to the phone number provided. Enter that code into the application to access it. Installing the mobile app offers faster login, but you can still access TGH applications without it.

How does signing in with Ping work?

When you enroll, log in with your TGH email and password. Then, download the PingID app on your phone. After installing, point your phone at a QR code to pair your account with your device. Your phone will receive a push notification; just tap a button, swipe, or use your fingerprint to access your application.
