This page is dedicated to documenting the processes/links for the SIS/SAP Migration to Power BI
Purpose: Bringing consistency with reports at the university on a newer, modern platform, reducing user maintenance, and enabling full ownership of the reporting solution by ODS and URO.
The current SAP reports which require IT intervention for user access and report management will be unavailable when the contract with SAP expires.
The reports that will be converted first will be the reports that are ran most, with their creation date taken into account.

User Acceptance Testing:
Users will need to sign up to test newly converted reports.
We want to ensure that the reports built in the new environment provide the same information as in the current SAP environment, hence why volunteers are needed to test reports. If no one signs up to test the report, it will not be rebuilt in the new environment.
