USF HEALTH BUILDING CONCIERGE SERVICES

Reception & Triage

Building Concierge Services (BCS) staff serve as the front door of the MCOM +HI (MDD) building and are committed to supporting the USF Health community through daily interactions including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Provide check-in and triage management from the 1st floor in MDD to various building occupants
  • Provide building information, navigation services, and local vendor and retailer information
  • Provide parking information and nearby available options
  • Serve as liaison to Building Services (Facilities, IT, Security).

Space Scheduling

Building Concierge Coordinators will serve as approvers for space use requests in 25Live.

Classroom Setup

The Building Concierge Services (BCS)Team will provide setup and breakdown of reconfigurable classrooms for all academic related events in MDD between the hours of 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday-Friday.

  • If an event is booked in 25Live a minimum of 24 hours in advance, BCS make sure the walls, tables, and chairs are ready
  • Pre-defined layout options are in 25Live for selection
  • Remember to book 30 minutes of setup and breakdown time for the event to ensure we have adequate time to provide this service

Lockers

Lockers are provided free of charge for first and second year medical students. Students will be assigned a locker and locks will be provided for them. The MCOM Office of Student Affairs will notify all students via e-mail when to remove all articles from their lockers at the end of the academic year. Students must contact the MCOM Office of Student Affairs for any concerns about lockers.
