| Kamala Dontamsetti, MBA, MA, Assistant Director, Graduate Admissions Admissions kamalad@health.usf.edu Kamala holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration and Master’s in Business Administration, worked as the Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment at Schiller International University, and as the Director of International Recruitment and Admissions at Ball State University. Kamala has traveled in China, India, Brazil, Turkey, the Middle East and Europe, and loves to experience and learn about new cultures, as well as read and exercise in her spare time. |

Lakiecher Murphy, Registration and Scheduling Administrator Course scheduling, reduced rate programs, and registration lmurphy6@health.usf.edu Lakiecher is the Scheduling and Online Programs Administrator for the College of Public Health. She has over 10 years of experience working in higher education. Lakiecher manages the Reduced Rate Program (RRP), formally known as Self-funded. She completed her undergraduate degree at Kentucky State University and is currently working on a Masters in Educational Leadership. Lakiecher enjoys spending time with her daughter, family and friends. | |
LaTonya Davis, Registration and Scheduling Coordinator Permits, registration process, and course schedule latonyaciara@health.usf.edu LaTonya Davis started attending USF in 2010 as a full-time student, ultimately earning a BA in Psychology with a minor in Behavioral Healthcare in 2014. In early 2011 she began working as a Work Study student in the Office of the Registrar. During that time she learned USF academic policies and procedures and was then hired as an Enrollment Management Assistant in 2013. In 2015, she joined the College of Public Health as a Registration and Scheduling Coordinator while pursuing an M.A. in Adult Education. | |
Carletta Hagins-Hughes, Registration and Scheduling Coordinator Permits, registration process, and course schedule chagins@health.usf.edu Carletta Hagins-Hughes is new to the College of Public Health, but not new to the University of South Florida. Carletta has over 9 years of experience through USF Registrar Office in records and registration, training, PDIM, senior citizen registration and change of programs. Carletta is currently working on her degree in Mass Communication. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering with her church, traveling, culture events, music, reading and especially spending time with her family. Carletta is eager to learn and always looking for new challenges. | |

David Hogeboom, MSPH, Assistant Director, Programs and Outcomes Data Management, Assessment and Reporting; Curriculum Information Management hogeboom@health.usf.edu David came to the College of Public Health in 1996 and has worked as a network administrator, data manager, researcher and admissions administrator. He earned a Master's of Science in Public Health in 2007 and has co-authored articles on topics such as assessing children's physical activity, parental influences on child behavior, and the internet's association with social networking. He now works in Academic and Student Affairs for COPH performing data management, assessment and reporting for programs and accreditation, and maintaining curriculum information for the College. David also enjoys running, and volunteer work at the Tampa Humane Society. | |
Tara Greer, MBA, Academic Services Administrator Data Management, Assessment and Reporting; Curriculum Information Management tscarbor@health.usf.edu Tara first joined Academic and Student affairs in August of 2014. Tara entered the nonprofit realm in 2003 when she started 4 The Future. At the time she was an undergraduate at USF studying for her BSW. Later she would continue her education and receive an MBA. | |
Mathdany Clark, Academic Success Administrator CPH exam, probation, retention, teaching credentialing, and graduation certification mnoel@health.usf.edu Mathdany is very familiar with the USF Tampa campus. In 2004 Mathdany decided to attend the University of South Florida as a full time student. While obtaining her degree in Finance she worked several jobs within the university including the USF Telefund, work study program, and parking services. After earning her degree she joined Academic and Student Affairs in the College of Public Health. Mathdany is currently working on her MBA in Project Management, she hopes to continue working in Higher Education and making a difference within the university system. In her free time, Mathdany enjoys reading, watching TV, traveling, cooking, and hanging out with family and friends. | |
Danielle Reidel, Academic Program Specialist Danielle has worked in higher education since 2007. She began working in the Office of Admissions as an Admissions Officer at UIC, where she earned her bachelors degree in Sociology. At UIC she handled many admissions tasks while leading the credential management unity. She relocated to Tampa and USF in the Summer of 2015 to work in the college of public health as an academic program specialist in the graduate studies office. Danielle likes exploring the Tampa area, meeting new people, and looking at cat pictures on the internet. | |

She and her husband moved to the Tampa area Summer 2015. In her free time she enjoys gardening, spending time with family and friends, and taking in all that Florida sunshine! |

She joined the Department of Global Health in December of 2010 just prior to completing her Masters in Business Administration from the USF Muma College of Business. Jessica enjoys interacting with Global Health students, applicants or anyone interested in a degree, minor, graduate certificate or classes in the department. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, crafting of any kind and spending time with her husband and cats. | |
Sara Spear, Academic Administrator Department of Health Policy and Management and Public Health Practice saraspear@health.usf.edu Sara is originally from New Jersey and studied History and Religion at Mount Holyoke College in Massachusetts. After receiving her Master’s of Education at Rutgers University, she became an Academic Advisor and most recently served in this role at USF’s Honors College. Sara joined the Department of Health Policy and Management in December 2015. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two young sons, and when she has time, likes to read, craft, and travel! |
