This universe contains information related to students and scores for exams offered within a course.  Scores are provided for each student per course.

Course Global Department Name

Global Department Name associated with the Course Banner department name.

Course Number

Course number associated with the subject for the course - usually 4 numbers and sometimes a 5th character.

Course Title Current

Most recent course name for selected course.

Related Course Number

Related course number is derived from the course number. It is the first 4 characters of the course number.

Subject

Main instructional subject area for this course

Subject Code

Course Test Scores

Exam Name

This field identifies the name used to describe the test or assessment.

Test Date

This field identifies the date the test was taken.

Test Score

This field identifies the score obtained in the exam. If the score is not provided, it is defaulted to zero.

Test Score Percentage

This field identifies the score percentage obtained in the exam.

Test Sequence

This field identifies the order the test was administered within course or it's type.

  • 1-4: Course Exams, source of Examsoft
  • 20-23: Anatomy Practical Exams, source of Examsoft
  • 30 and 31: EBCR Exams, source of Examsoft
  • 75: Remediation Exams that may cover more than 1 original exam topic, source of Examsoft
  • 99: Course Comprehensive Exams, currently administered as NBME Flexible Blueprint

This field identifies the type of the test as listed below.

  • 75: Remediation Exams that may cover more than 1 original exam topic, source of Examsoft

Full description of Cohort Code when a student is currently expected to graduate or has graduated.

Ethnicity

This field specifies the ethnic group associated with the ethnic code.

Ethnicity Code

This field identifies the ethnic code defined by the U.S. government. The valid values are 1 - Not Hispanic or Latino, 2 - Hispanic or Latino, or empty.

This field maintains the sex of person. Valid values are: M - Male, F - Female, N - Unknown.

Graduation Date. Graduation date of student.

Is Admitted

If Admission Status Code is 'AD', 'A', 'AS', or 'AW' then it will display 'Y' otherwise it will be 'N'. This field is known to have significant issues for some cohorts/matriculation terms.

Student Attribute Code Current

Attribute assigned to the student, currently it is used to determine the different Curriculum Programs of SLCT and CORE. Previously it was also used to determine which year of coursework a student was taking.
