Overview
This article contains information to help guide you through clearing your browser cache.
This will help if a website such as GEMS, FAST, or any other website is not displaying correctly.
Internet Explorer 11+
- Click the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Click Safety then Delete browsing history.
- Select:
Temporary Internet files and website files
Cookies and website data
History - Click delete.
Firefox
- Click the first icon located at the top right.
- Click History
- Click Clear Recent History.
- From the Time range to clear, select Everything.
- Select Cache
- Click OK
Google Chrome
- Click last icon on the right side of browser header
- Click More Tools
- Click Clear browsing data
- From the Time range select All time
- Select the following items:
Browsing History
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files - Click Clear Data
Microsoft Edge
- Click the last icon on the right side of the browser header
- Click History
- Click Clear browsing data
- From the Time range, select Everything.
- Select the following items:
Browsing History
Cookies and other site data
Cached images and files - Click Clear now
Safari 14
- Click Safari in the menu
- Click Preferences
- Select Show Develop menu in menu bar
- Click Develop
- Click Empty Caches
