You may export one or multiple report views. This is dependent upon the number of tabs for the report.

Export to Excel
To export to Excel:
- Run a report.
- Click on Export icon. See Figure 1.

Select Export Document
As. This will exportAs or Export Current Report As.
Info Export Document As - this option includes all tabs of the current document as separate worksheets.
Export Current Report As - this option only includes the active report / tab.
- Select the appropriate Excel format (.xls or .xlsx).
- A File Download dialog box will display. You may either Open or Save the Excel file. See Figure 2.

If you choose Open, Excel will launch and the report data will be displayed with tabs appearing as different worksheets within Excel. If you choose Save, you will be prompted to name and save the file.

When exporting to Excel, formulas are not transferred so each cell only contains the displayed value from the document. |
Export as a PDF
To export as a PDF file:
- Run a report.
- Click on Export icon (See Figure 1).
Select Export Document
As. This will exportAs or Export Current Report As.
Info Export Document As - this option includes all tabs of the current document with each tab starting on a new page.
Export Current Report As - this option only includes the active report / tab.
- Select PDF.
A File Download dialog box will display similar to Figure 2 above. - You may either
- Open
- Save
Modify Report Layout
There may be times when the layout of a report does not suit your needs. D&A provides the flexibility to modify the way your report data is displayed. You can even graph report data by creating charts.
To modify a report layout:

Chart and Table Types
The available table formats are; Horizontal, Vertical, Cross-tab, and Form. The available charts include; Bar, Line, Area, Pie, and Radar. See Figure 4.
