- In the View Select small icons from the View by drop-down in the upper right, change it to Small icons.
- Select Credential Manager, then .
- Select Windows Credentials.
- Under Locate the Outlook credentials under the Generic Credentials header, look for Outlook credentials.
They will look like MS.Outlook:netid@usf.edu, or MicrosoftOffice15_Data:SSPI:netid@usf.edu. - Select Click the drop-down arrow next to the credential, and select .
- Select Remove.
- Close and re-open Outlook.
- Enter your credentials when prompted, using your email address as the username.
- Ensure that you check Remember my credentials.
