Report Description

The USF Organizational Report displays all 10 levels of USF active employees based upon GEMS job data.   In some cases employees have multiple job records with multiple reports_to data, so it is possible for employees to be listed multiple times.  The report contains an organization tree divided into 3 sets of groups.  The group are Levels 0-3, 4-6 and 7-10.   Levels represents the hierarchy of an employee in relation to who they report to and who reports to them.  The report contains a count on reporting employees.   The bottom of the report there is a table with employee details at the granularity of listing each job record in the case of someone who is a split appointmenthas multiple appointments

An active employee is defined as an employee that has an employee status code of (A - Active, L - Leave of Absence, P - Leave with Pay, or S - Suspended).

Data Refreshed On

Data in this report is not live, but refreshed once daily. The date on the bottom right of the report displays the last day the data was refreshed from GEMS.
