Filter Panel
The left panel allows you to filter the information that displays in the data panel. Select to filter by one or more of the following options:
- Term Code:
- Course Prefix:
- Course Number:
- Course Section:
Data Panel
The panel on the right is the main workspace and consists of five sections. These sections are described in detail below.
Notes:
- The displays for these sections are interactive; that is, if you select a component in one display, the numbers in the other sections adjust accordingly.
- To select an item in the display, click the segment of the pie or bar chart. To return to the full display, click the segment again.

EmailThe Course Demand - College Schedule Details report provides metrics for students and the courses they are interested in.
It shows the courses that the students have showed interested in signing up for within College Scheduler. Other attributes from Banner like the degree status and the cohort information are available as filters. Also included are the QM flags and program filters to look for specific required courses.

start with the Degree Works report and identify students close to completion and then using this new report to see what courses they want to take. Once identified, the courses can be looked up on the course level and section level reports to ensure enough seats are available. I’m sure you can think of other options as well.

- Note that you can drill to College, Department, and Program to see courses linked to programs of study in Acalog
This report shows all information above except “number of sections” and with the addition of “Section Names” and “Section Types”.
Filter Panels
Filters are listed on both the top and left side of the report. Click the down arrow to select from options in the filters and narrow down your results.
- The top filters pertain to the university classifications: College, Department, and Program Name.
- The side filters pertain to program specifics, such as term and course number.
Notes:
- If you select an item in one filter, the table adjusts immediately. In addition, the selections available in the remaining filters narrow to show those options that correspond with the selected filter. For example, if you select Course Prefix = ADV, the Course Numbers shown are only those for Advertising.
- To "deselect" an item, click the option again.
- Term Code: Select one term
- Course Prefix: Select one or more Course Prefixes. To select multiples, hold the Ctrl key as you check the boxes.
- Course Number: Select one or more Course Numbers. To select multiples, hold the Ctrl key as you check the boxes.
- Course Section: Select one or more Course Sections. To select multiples, hold the Ctrl key as you check the boxes.
