Process summary
The process initiates when ODS extracts the approved goals and create new projections by metric for the current year. The new projections are submitted to the Units for Approval. Depending on whether the proposed projections are approved or not, ODS updates the master file or starts a review of projections provided by the Unit, this cycles until ODS and the Unit both approve the current year's projection. This process repeats for each metric.
