Process flow-Projections and Goals Setting
Process summary
- The process initiates when SSRA extracts the approved goals by metric for the current year (previous submission).
- If SSRA is able to, they will provide recommendations for projections along with documentation of methodology.
- SSRA will then meet with the external units to review recommendations, the units will communicate edits to the projections or approve projections.
- Once the recommended projections are reviewed and finalized with the external units, these become the goals.
- If SSRA is not able to provide projections, they will communicate with the external units the needs and deadlines. The units will provide goals and methodology documentation and SSRA will review for completeness.
- As goals are completed, data will be inserted into Masterfile and will compile the preliminary first draft of the Accountability Plan Report Template.
- Once all goals are completed, SSRA will meet with the Provost for review. Provost will determine approval or if edits are needed.
- If Provost determines that edits are needed, these will be communicated to the units for review and edit.
- Once all the edits have been made, SSRA will meet with the Provost for final approval. The approved goals are then inserted onto the first draft of the Accountability Plan Report Template.
