| 5. SSRA updates portal with IPEDS Enrollment and Graduation data after the Spring lock | April 7th,2021 |
| 6. SSRA Data Coordinator updates the Student Athletes Cohort in the portal | April 7th,2021 |
| 7. Validates portal updates with Athletics Director (Timothy Anderson) | April 13th,2021 |
| 8. SSRA submits the Enrollment, Graduation and Outcomes Data | April 16th,2021 |
