- College Level → This tab displays the summary of College SCH and FTE information for any given semester for any collegeat a Glance for a selected academic year. The filter is filters are Academic Year and , Semester, Global College, and Course Level. To see the college data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail → Provides the detailed information by semester by level for Detail Page 1→ This tab shows the SCH Trends by College for 5 years of data. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. To go back to Parent page, click on the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail Page 2→ This tab shows the SCH by College by Semester for 5 years of data. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. To go back to Parent page, click on the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.
- Five Year Trend → Provides a This tab shows the summary of SCH by course level for 5 Academic Years. To Five Year Trend of SCH and FTE for 5 years of data. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. To see the data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail → Detailed level information shows SCH by campus for Lower Level, Upper Level, Grad I and Grad II for 5 years dataPage 1→ This tab shows the SCH by Campus by Level for 5 years data. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. - Ten Year Trend → This report displays the ten year trends of SCH tab shows the Ten Year Trend of SCH for 10 years of data by course level. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. To see the data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab. To go back to Parent page, click the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail : Page 1→ This tab shows the ten year trend in percentage of total SCH and percentage of total FTE by level.Ten Year Trend of SCH and FTE by Level, and shows Percentage of Total SCH and Percentage of Total FTE. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity.
- Detail : Page 2→ This tab shows the ten year trend for the difference in SCH numbers and percentage change from the previous semester. Ten Year Trend of SCH and FTE. This tab shows the Change from Prior Year. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity. - Semester Trend → This report displays the 3 year trend tab shows the SCH Trend by Semester for 3 years of data for each semester (Summer SCH, Fall SCH, and Spring SCH) by course level group. The filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity.
- Department Level → This tab displays the summary for the 5 year trend shows the Five Year Trend of SCH and FTE information for the selected departmentby Department. The primary filter is the Global College. filters are Academic Year, Global College, Campus, Global Department, CIP, CIP Title, Course Level Group, Course Level, Instructional Method, and Budget Entity.

Data PanelThis panel displays the filtered results. To work with data in this panel:
Options for the Data PanelExport Data to ExcelTo export the data results to Excel, hover your mouse over the upper right hand side corner of the data table and a horizontal menu bar will pop up. Click the in the top right corner . A drop down menu will appear with 'Export data' as one of the options. Select Export Data to work with the data in Excel. Note : The exported data in Excel may not look exactly like the screen. Focus ModeTo see the data in Focus Mode, hover your mouse over the upper right hand side corner of the data table and a horizontal menu bar will pop up. Click the option for Focus Mode Full screen mode will persist until you exit out or click on on the top left hand side. You can export data, or see the data in a table by selecting the appropriate option. SpotlightSpotlight causes all other visuals on the page to fade so the selected visual is highlighted. To highlight a visual, click on more action Drill Up and Drill DownIf the visual has the hierarchy, the Turn on drill down first by selecting the downward arrow. The grey background lets you know that drill down is active. Selecting will expand another level of hierarchy. Selecting the double arrow drill-down icon takes you to the next level in the hierarchy. Selecting will take you one level up in hierarchy. The arrows will be greyed out if the option is not available. menu will appear when you hover on the top left side of the visual.Reset to DefaultIf you have made any changes, such as implementing filters or sorting the table, you have the ability to return the sorting and filtering to the report creator's default view. Click the Reset to Default image above the report in the Report Header: |
