Advance planning is required to complete this form (3-4 weeks in advance):
Gather the following information prior to completing the form:
- Date poster is required
- Poster title
- Presentation venue mailing/shipping address (conference/event)
- Poster size requirements if attending a conference (after printing)
- Poster type (Glossy/Fabric/Full Lamination). Note - fabric posters are not covered by the college. If you would like to have a fabric poster the college will only cover the cost of a standard poster only. Individual can pay the fabric price difference.
- If you want to pick up the poster in person or have it *shipped to the conference (*This option is an extra charge)

- Create your poster in PowerPoint using one of the following marketing approved USF College of Nursing poster templates*:
- Template One (Horizontal)
- Template Two (Square(Horizontal)
- Template Three (Vertical)
- Save your file using the following file naming format:
- your last name_first initial_current date_research poster
- We recommend modifying your width and height BEFORE inputting your poster information for a more accurate view of how your poster will look after printing.
Following these steps Steps to change poster size: > Open the template > Click “Design” > Click “Page Setup” > Modify your width and height > Click “OK”
