• 25Live is a space reservation system for USF Spaces. All the Campus' and Health

• use the system to book locations for classes.  It only books locations, not people. Users still need to book people for their meetings via Outlook.

• 25Live allows USF staff, faculty, and students to search for spaces to book for events.

• 25live is a hosted solution developed by CollegeNET.

Shared Student Services has provided login and training materials at this link http://health.usf.edu/25live/

25Live uses your Azure AD account (netid@usf.edu) for access.  All users have pre-defined basic permissions to access the system.

Who can use 25Live?

All USF faculty, staff, and students.
