Report displays Course Objectives as it relates tied to Session Objectives. Report can be sorted filtered by Course Academic Year, Med Year, Subject Code, Core versus SELECT, or courses taken by both programs Course Title, and Session Title . There are three views of this data available on tabs at the bottom: Program Objective to Course Objective, Program Objective by Med Year, and Program Objective by Core/SELECT. Each tab allows two tabs on this report: Course Objectives to Session Objectives and Session Objectives to Course Objectives. The first tab focuses mostly on Course Objectives, allowing an on-the-fly keyword search of Course Objectives, while the second tab focuses on Session Objectives with a corresponding search. Both tabs allow you to interact with the tables and visualizations to create slices of the data to answer many questions. As you interact, you will see the counts of Program Objectives and Course Objectives as the two relate to each other. The second tab displays a count of courses by Med Year for a selected Program Objective, as well as count of Course Objectives by Med Year for a selected Program Objective. The third tab displays Course Count to be broken down by Core or SELECT count when filtered by a particular Program Objective(s). An individual or several program objectives can be selected, and the courses that satisfy the selected program will select with a count of the corresponding courses and program objectives.

These 2 sets of data are used in conjunction with each other. The user can select 1 (or more) Session Object and see all Course Objectives that are related to this Session Objective. This will also work in reverse: the user can select a Course Objective and only the Session Objective(s) associated with the Course Objective will be displayed. The heat map and counts on the page will also update. |
