- Quick Facts → This tab displays the SCH information at a glance for any given term. The driver for this tab is Semester and Term filters. Term filter is dependent on the Semester filter. If Term filter is not in sync with Semester filter, this report will display no data.summary of SCH and FTE for the selected academic year. This tab only shows data for one academic year at a time. To view the data for specific semesters, use the Semester filter.
- College Level → This tab displays the summary of SCH information for any given term for any collegeand FTE by College at a Glance for a selected academic year. To see the college data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab.
- College SCH Detail → Provides the detailed information for 5 terms for the college selected in the Parent tab. This tab also shows the difference in SCH numbers from the previous semester. Changing the College filter on this tab will also change the College on the Parent page. Detail Page 1→ This tab shows the SCH Trends by College for 3 years of data. To go back to Parent page, click on the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail Page 2→ This tab shows the SCH by College by Semester for 5 years of data. Right click on the headers to expand to next level or drill up to previous level. To go back to Parent page, click on the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.
- Five Year Trend → Provides a This tab shows the summary of SCH by course level and student type for a given semester Five Year Trend of SCH and FTE for 5 years . Clicking on "SCH" will provide more information on SCH.Five Year Term SCH → Detailed level information for Lower Level, Upper Level, Grad I and Grad II for five years. To of data. To see the data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab.
- Detail Page 1→ This tab shows the SCH by Campus by Level for 5 years data. To view only SCH/FTE or both , use the "SCH", "FTE", or "SCH and FTE" buttons. To go back to Parent page, click on the back arrow at the bottom of the tab.

- Ten Year Trend → This report displays the ten year trends of student student credit hours for course level. This tab has three unique filters "Academic Year", "Course Level" and "Student Type". By Benchmark → A visual representation of the student credit hours (SCH) information for different benches for a given term. Five years of data is available for these set of reports. There are three detail level reports for all benchmarks. To see the detail reportstab shows the Ten Year Trend of SCH for 10 years of data by course level. To see the data at a detail level, click on the "Details" button at the bottom of the tab.
- SCH By Bench → Provides SCH information for a given semester and given benchmark for 5 years.
- SCH Across All Benchmarks → This report displays SCH for a given semester at different benches for 5 years in a tabular form.
- SCH For Final Benchmark VS Another Benchmark→ This report displays the comparison of SCH between Final bench and any other bench for a given semester. Detail Page 1→ This tab shows the Ten Year Trend of SCH and FTE by Level and shows Percentage of Level Total SCH by Level.
- Detail Page 2→ This tab shows the Ten Year Trend of SCH and FTE by Level and shows the Change from Prior Year.
The "Diff SCH" column shows the difference in SCH from the previous year for that level. The calculation is (SCH for the year - SCH for the previous year).
The "%Diff SCH" column shows the percentage difference in SCH from the previous year for that level. The calculation is (SCH for the year - SCH for the previous year)/SCH for the previous year.

- Semester Trend → This tab shows the SCH Trend by Semester for 3 years of data for each semester - Summer, Fall and Spring by course level group.
- Department Level → This tab shows the Five Year Trend of SCH and FTE by Department. This tab shows data for only one college at a time.

Data PanelThis panel displays the filtered results. To work with data in this panel:
Options for the Data PanelExport Data to ExcelTo export the data results to Excel, hover your mouse over the upper right hand side corner of the data table and a horizontal menu bar will pop up. Click the in the top right corner . A drop down menu will appear with 'Export data' as one of the options. Select Export Data to work with the data in Excel. Note : The exported data in Excel may not look exactly like the screen. Focus ModeTo see the data in Focus Mode, hover your mouse over the upper right hand side corner of the data table and a horizontal menu bar will pop up. Click the option for Focus Mode Full screen mode will persist until you exit out or click on on the top left hand side. You can export data, or see the data in a table by selecting the appropriate option. SpotlightSpotlight causes all other visuals on the page to fade so the selected visual is highlighted. To highlight a visual, click on more action Drill Up and Drill DownIf the visual has the hierarchy, the Turn on drill down first by selecting the downward arrow. The grey background lets you know that drill down is active. Selecting will expand another level of hierarchy. Selecting the double arrow drill-down icon takes you to the next level in the hierarchy. Selecting will take you one level up in hierarchy. The arrows will be greyed out if the option is not available. menu will appear when you hover on the top left side of the visual.Reset to DefaultIf you have made any changes, such as implementing filters or sorting the table, you have the ability to return the sorting and filtering to the report creator's default view. Click the Reset to Default image above the report in the Report Header: |
